Prove that cotπ/8-tanπ/8=2

How to Prove 

• To prove cot π/8-tan  π/8=2 we have to take cot π/8-sin  π/8 as L.H.S

• At the next step convert tan π/8 to 1/cot π/8

• Take L.C.M 

• Multiply 2 in bot nominator and denominator, to make it cot2x formula

• Now, We get 2cot 2π/8, 2π/8 on solving becomes  π/4

• as a result equation becomes 2cot  π/4

• On putting the value of cot π/4=1 we get R.H.S that is 2

• Hence L.H.S=R.H.S {Proved}
